01 — Finishes

Flake for grip.
Metallic for depth.

Both start on the same diamond-ground foundation and end under the same abrasion-resistant topcoat. The difference is what the floor says when someone opens the door.

Flake & Chip

A full broadcast of vinyl flake, troweled and sealed. Hides dust, tire marks and the small imperfections every older slab has — with real slip resistance underfoot.

Metallic Pour

Reflective pigment moved by hand while the resin is still open, so no two floors are alike. This is the finish behind the name — closer to poured stone than a paint job.

02 — Process

Diamond grind

We mechanically profile the entire slab and vacuum as we go, opening the concrete so the resin can bite. No acid etching — it's the shortcut behind most failed floors.

Repair & patch

Cracks, pits and spalled edges are filled and re-ground flat. Control joints get treated so they don't telegraph through the finished surface.

Base coat & broadcast

Pigmented base goes down, then flake is broadcast to refusal — or the metallic is poured and worked by hand while the resin is still open.

Topcoat & cure

A clear polyaspartic topcoat seals everything into one surface. Light foot traffic once it sets, vehicles after about 24 hours. Then it's yours for the next fifteen years.
